- Contractors all Risk for works up to £1,000,000 per contract
- Public Liability: £5,000,000
- Employers Liability: £10,000,000
- Insurers: W.R. Berkley Insurance (Europe), Limited
- Professional Indemnity Insurance for design work £2,000,000 per claim via CS Partnership LLP
Contracts
Vision D&B Limited use drawings and specifications to form a contract including the use of JCT contracts.
Payment terms are agreed prior to works commencing with retention held as necessary.
