Extensions, Renovations and New Builds
We undertake the design and build of a single dwelling staring with a feasibility study, budget review and often a pre-application meeting with the local authority.
Build Over Agreements (Public Sewer)
When designing an alteration and in particular and extension to a property it is often sought to build over or alter the drainage run. Vision D&B Limited will advise whether the development proposal has implications concerning the local water service provider’s guidelines regarding a build over agreement.
Party Wall Agreement
Where certain conditions are met, Party Wall Notices lead to the statutory appointment of Surveyors to agree works that can affect neighbouring property.
Design Stage
The design stage starts following the receipt of the clients brief. Unless the works fall within permitted development they are usually split into two stages, Planning Consent & Building Regulations Consent.
Project Management
We are usually instructed to develop concept or preliminary designs into general and detailed design drawings sufficient to obtain consents and procure approved works.
